As we were eagerly preparing to welcome Vice President Kamala Harris to Savannah, nature had other plans. Due to Tropical Storm Debby making landfall, the Vice President’s visit, scheduled as part of her campaign tour, has been postponed. While we are disappointed at missing the opportunity to host her and her running mate during this pivotal time, we remain excited about the prospects of her election.

The safety of our community and guests is paramount, and we support the decision to prioritize well-being over event schedules. We look forward to rescheduling and hopefully celebrating future successes together.
